| Parca Celebrates Client and Staff Achievement Friday September 25, 2009 The 2009 Parca Client and Staff Appreciation Dinner-Dance was held at the San Mateo Elks Lodge. 200 plus guests celebrated the extraordinary achievements made by the Parca staff and clients over the past year. Congratulations to the staff award winners, Barbra Braganza and Felix Penaflor and the client achievement award winners, Alicia Pineda-Tobar and Pedro Porticos. |
