As the Residential Manager for both Alameda and Cedar Homes, I am responsible for up to 16 participants and the staff.  Including ensuring each clients needs are being addressed through an individualized plan.

I started in the Social Service field as a direct care staff. Over my 11 years of service I have been promoted to various positions such as Transition Specialist, Special Needs Supervisor and most recently Case Manager/Rehabilitation Coordinator adults and seniors with developmental disabilities. I have found this to be a very rewarding career and have enjoyed learning and experiencing all aspects of the field.

I am also very active with working with teens and adults who are chemically dependant and recovering from substance abuse.

Being the mother of two active teenagers if I’m LUCKY in my spare time, I enjoy being a board member of City Lacrosse, going to the theatre, exercising, journaling and dancing. Did I say dancing?  Oh Yeah…DANCING!
